My attention has been drawn to the activities of some individuals using my name to collect money from unsuspecting members of the public, claiming they can secure jobs or employment slots on my behalf.

Let me be very clear about this:

I, Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, Member Representing Fufore/Song Federal Constituency, have never authorized anyone to collect money in exchange for jobs or any other favour. I am not involved in such activities and I will never be.

As a legislator, my priority is to serve the good people of Fufore and Song as my constituents who entrusted me with their mandate. Any employment opportunity or empowerment I facilitate is strictly for the benefit of my constituents and is handled with transparency.

I have established committees in both Fufore and Song Local Government Areas specifically to handle job creation and related matters. I work closely with my party stakeholders to ensure that every opportunity is distributed fairly.

This is to publicly dissociate myself from anyone demanding money using my name—whether now, in the past, or in the future. Please, if anyone approaches you claiming to be from me and asks for money, do not give them a kobo. They are fraudsters.

I strongly urge members of the public to report such individuals immediately to the nearest police station or any relevant authority. Your vigilance and prompt action can help protect others from being defrauded.

Also, be cautious of fake social media accounts impersonating me. I only communicate official matters through my verified platforms such as this one.

Let us remain vigilant and protect one another from deception and exploitation.
