Hon Aliyu Hammantukur Gengle, Media Aide to Hon Boya, represented him at the passing-out parade, where he delivered a warm message to the newly recruited officers.
Due to his busy schedule, Hon Boya was unable to attend the ceremony but extended his congratulations to the graduates via a phone call.
In his message, Hon Gengle emphasized that the police uniform represents a constitution and a commitment to serving the nation.
