THE PVC MANDATE, LET US CONSOLIDATE GAINS AND RETURN HON. BOYA FOR A SECOND TERM
Today marks exactly 3 years since *Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, Member representing Fufore and Song Federal Constituency, executed a landmark humanitarian intervention by sponsoring free eye surgery for over six thousand constituents across the constituency. This unprecedented medical outreach brought relief to families who had long suffered from preventable blindness and other eye-related ailments. Thousands of beneficiaries have since regained their sight and are once again able to live with dignity, pursue their livelihoods, and contribute meaningfully to society, all as a direct result of Hon. Boya’s compassionate leadership and commitment to human capital development.
The impact of this intervention remains a defining testament to what purposeful representation can achieve. Beyond infrastructure and legislation, Hon. Boya demonstrated that governance must also address the fundamental wellbeing of the people. The restoration of sight to thousands is not merely a medical statistic; it is the restoration of hope, productivity, and quality of life for entire households across Fufore and Song. This is the standard of people-centered leadership that our constituency has come to know and appreciate.
As we reflect on these achievements, the call for continuity becomes even more imperative. Fufore and Song require sustained representation to consolidate these gains and witness even greater dividends of democracy. We need more of Hon. Boya’s vision, compassion, and delivery. Let us therefore mobilize with our PVCs and reaffirm our mandate for a second term. With Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, we are assured of continued progress, expanded social welfare, and the full enjoyment of democratic dividends for our people.
