SONG APC ELDERS ENDORSE BOYA, OTHER APC CANDIDATES, CALL FOR UNITY IN 2027
Apc Stakeholders and critical Stakeholders in Song Local Government Area has reaffirmed its unflinching commitment to the All Progressives Congress, declaring total backing for Hon. Aliyu Wakili Boya and all APC flagbearers ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The resolution was reached during a strategic stakeholders’ meeting convened in Song LGA, where the forum appraised the political trajectory of the party in the area and across Adamawa State. The elders emphasized that internal cohesion, fidelity to party ideals, and collective responsibility remain the bedrock for APC’s electoral dominance in 2027.
Speaking at the gathering, the Chairman of the Forum, Hon. Daniel Bongo, described unity as non-negotiable if the party must consolidate its gains and expand its influence. According to him, the APC in Song LGA and indeed Adamawa State can only prevail when members shun divisive tendencies and rally behind the collective interest of the party.
“We cannot afford to be fragmented at this critical time. Loyalty, discipline, and grassroots mobilization are the essential ingredients that will secure victory for our party from the presidency to the state assembly,” Hon. Bongo stated.
With the emergence of Hon. Aliyu Wakili Boya as the APC candidate for the Fufore/Song Federal Constituency, the Elders Forum called on all party faithful, stakeholders, and supporters to close ranks and intensify grassroots sensitization. The forum noted that Hon. Boya’s antecedents in representation, constituency service, and developmental strides have positioned him as the right choice to sustain and deepen the dividends of democracy for the people of Fufore and Song.
In a communiqué issued at the end of the meeting, the elders unanimously passed a vote of confidence and gave their maximum endorsement to all APC candidates, spanning from the presidential ticket down to candidates for the State House of Assembly. They described the 2027 elections as a defining moment for the APC to reaffirm its leadership and deliver purposeful governance to Nigerians.

The forum further urged party leaders at all levels to prioritize reconciliation, inclusiveness, and strategic mobilization to ensure that the APC records a resounding victory across board in Song LGA, Fufore/Song Federal Constituency, and Adamawa State at large.

The meeting ended with prayers for the success of the party and for a peaceful, credible, and violence-free electoral process in 2027.
