HON. BARR. ALIYU WAKILI BOYA CONGRATULATES ALH. SALIHU ABDULHAMID DEMBO ON REAPPOINTMENT AS NTA DIRECTOR GENERAL

Hon. Barr. Aliyu Wakili Boya, Member representing Fufore and Song Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Police Institutions, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Alh. Salihu Abdulhamid Dembo on his well-deserved reappointment as the Director General of the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA. Hon. Boya equally commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the visionary decision to retain a proven administrator at the helm of the nation’s premier broadcast institution. This reappointment, he noted, reflects the President’s commitment to continuity, professionalism, and excellence in public service.

In his statement, Hon. Boya described Alh. Dembo as a consummate professional and a dedicated public servant whose leadership has fundamentally transformed the NTA. Under his stewardship, the NTA has been repositioned to meet international broadcasting standards and now competes favorably on the global stage. Hon. Boya observed that the DG’s strategic reforms, modernization drive, and commitment to credible content delivery have restored the dignity and relevance of the station as the true voice of Nigeria to the world.

Hon. Boya prayed to Almighty Allah to grant Alh. Dembo divine guidance, wisdom, and renewed strength as he continues in service to the nation. He further expressed profound appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for granting Alh. Dembo continuity, noting that stability in leadership is critical to sustaining the remarkable progress already recorded. Once again, Hon. Boya congratulates the DG on this landmark reappointment and wishes him greater success in advancing the NTA to even higher heights.

HON BARR ALIYU WAKILI BOYA PICKS NOMINATION FORM FOR 2027 RE-ELECTION #boyamovingtrain Hon Barr Aliyu Wakili Boya, the Member Representing Fufore and Song Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, has picked up his nomination form to re-contest for the seat in the 2027 general elections. The form was obtained from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in line with the electoral guidelines. By taking this step, Hon Boya has officially declared his intention to seek a second term to continue serving the good people of Fufore and Song.
